Description:
Bank Account Administration: Assists professional staff in the preparation of documentation required to open, close or amend bank accounts and to implement cash management solutions; supports periodic review of existing accounts to identify updates to signers or fraud controls and implement the changes.
Bank Account Administration: Enters data in the PeopleSoft Treasury Workstation related to bank accounts, intercompany loans, letters of credit, etc. as needed.
Bank Account Administration: May assist more senior staff in executing data file transmission to banks or intermediaries (e.g. SWIFT) to effect payments for the firms daily investments, foreign exchange and cash management payments.
Bank Account Administration: Supports bank account reporting requirements, including Foreign Bank Account Signers, new banking integration status and banking overview reports as well as stock transfer balancing; works with Legal, Tax and Controllers departments as necessary to support reporting or transactions.
Bank Account Administration: May assist in tracking and preparing analysis of bank fees.

The applicable base salary range for this role is $36,300 to $72,600.
The base pay offered will be determined on factors such as experience, skills, training, location, certifications, education, and any applicable minimum wage requirements. Decisions will be determined on a case-by-case basis. In addition to the base salary, this position may be eligible for performance-based incentives.
